Invitation to Prayer and Fasting
You are warmly invited to join Clayfield Baptist Church for a day of prayer and fasting before our AGM on Sunday, 25 August. The prayer and fasting will commence on Friday, 23 August at 6pm and conclude on Saturday, 24 August at 6pm. If you are unable to fast for the full 24 hours, even fasting for one meal is welcome.
We have several prayer needs, including Pastor Dave and Kerry, Pastor Cameron, Elders Suzette and Shawn, Deacons Heidi, Brenton, and Patty, as well as our ministries to children, youth, and young adults. Please also lift up our outreach efforts, the three churches—CBC, Church One, and the Contemporary Anabaptist Church—and the proposed extension to Deaak’s Café. Additionally, remember our mission in Sumatra and Indonesia.
We ask for prayers for peace in Ukraine, the upcoming elections in Queensland, and the federal elections in both Australia and the USA. Lastly, please pray for those who are unwell.
